Are you looking to get into CST but don’t quite know where to start? Don’t worry, this is actually pretty common. There have been many threads over on the RMAX forum with the title “Where to start?”. There is no one answer to this question because everyone is different, and has different goals. The question really needs to be more specific, something like: “I’m a 45 year old desk jockey . I’d love to lose about 15 pounds and increase my range of motion. Problem is I can only set aside about 30 minutes a day and I only have a small room to train in. Where should I start?” If that question was posted he’d probably get a lot of feedback saying “Get Flow-Fit”. That being said, anyone interested in CST should be making Intu-Flow® a part of their daily fitness ritual. To quote Coach Sonnon – “Across the board, RMAX recommends beginning with Intu-Flow®. Intu-Flow® could very well be considered the flagship of CST”

Check out the DVD’s and Books pages. These are CST products I’ve used and for whatever reason have got the most out of. They are some of my favorites. Other CST practitioners might not agree or may have programs they’ve used that they like better. That’s fine. The great thing about CST is that no matter what your goals are there is a program you can follow to get you there with a “Health First” methodology.
