Prasara Yoga
Prasara Yoga, “Flow Beyond Thought” – Five challenging yoga flows specifically designed to “clean the slate” of accumulated tension in the muscles and soft tissues of the body. Prasara takes the asanas from hatha yoga and links them together to form a graceful form of flow yoga which when practiced will improve your mobility, release muscle tension from daily activites, and over time, increase strength and flexibility . The ultimate goal is a body that is more resistant to injury and is able to move in and out of the postures with poise and grace. This is a practice that will challenge you for years to come. Stick with it and you will be rewarded with newfound strength and a body that can move in ways you may have thought were not possible. A session of prasara will leave you feeling energized, ready to face the daily challenges of life weather physical or mental. There’s no arguing the health benefits one receives from a daily yoga practice. I’ve found prasara to be more challenging and more useful than other forms I’ve practiced over the years.
Prasara can be practiced as a stand alone program, or incorporated into your daily training as a release after your main workout is completed.
