Intu-Flow®
Intu-Flow® is an easy to follow yet highly effective joint mobility program. This program is available to anyone who would like to regain the pain free movement of their youth. Working from head to toe from the inside out, each movement is designed to ship nutrition and lubrication to a targeted joint or joint complex. Over time, a daily practice of Intu-Flow® will increase the pain free range of motion in every joint throughout the body. As you progress and start to master the movements at the beginner level you can move up to more complex movements. There are 4 levels of the program, each presents a new challenge as your mobility increases.
Intu-Flow® is a program that can be practiced stand-alone or in conjunction with your prasara or resistance training. Many, including myself believe this is the most important aspect of the CST system, for without the ability to move none of the other programs would be accessible. I do my Intu-Flow® training every morning before my resistance training.
